What I noticed today was…
It’s like there is a dam in my mind that is holding all the negative thoughts and memories that depress me back and when things go wrong some of those thoughts spill over and mess me up for the day. So as long as I can keep things from going wrong too often I can maintain this illusory happiness I have done so well to create.
